Terms and conditions
OVERVIEW
Please read this document carefully as you will be asked to declare your acknowledgement and acceptance when placing any orders. The on-line order of one or more items determines the acceptance of the terms and conditions herein and constitutes a contract between the Buyer, who must be a person of legal age, and Gruppo Intimo Italiano Spa for the purchase and sale of items on-line from the website.
Shipping
Shipping cost
Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount of the order. The cost for shipping in Italy, which will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart, will be:
- € 5.00 for orders up to € 49.00
- Free of charge for orders over € 50.00
For foreign countries, the cost of shipping is always charged. For each order placed on www.pepitastyle.com, Gruppo Intimo Italiano S.p.A. issues an invoice accompanying the shipped material. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall be authentic. After the issuance of the invoice will not be possible to make changes to it.
Where we deliver
We accept orders with delivery to Italy, San Marino, Vatican City, Spain, Belgium, Holland, France, Germany and Austria. If your country is not on the list please write to info@pepitastyle.com
Courier
Shipping in Italy and abroad is carried out by Bartolini, GLS or DHL.
Shipping time
Shipment usually takes a maximum of 3-5 working days. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer. For some areas that are particularly difficult to reach, it may take up to 4-5 working days. Gruppo Intimo Italiano S.p.A. will do its best to fulfill the orders transmitted within 7 working days and in any case the purchased goods will be delivered within the terms of art. 54 of the d.lgs. 205/06, within 30 days starting from the day following the one in which the consumer has transmitted the order to the professional. No responsibility can be attributed to Gruppo Intimo Italiano S.p.A. for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or fortuitous event.
Lost package
If you do not receive the goods within one week after the shipment confirmation email, notify our customer service department by sending an email to info@pepitastyle.com
Verification of goods received
The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed; only after such verification, and subject of course to the right of withdrawal provided for in paragraph No. 8, the customer must sign the documents of receipt. Filling in the personal data sheet in the registration procedure necessary to activate in his regard the procedure for the execution of this contract and the relative further communications, the customer authorizes Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. to communicate the non-sensitive personal data (residence, telephone number) to the couriers or shippers of trust used for the delivery of the goods purchased in order to allow the necessary procedures for their delivery.
Methods of payment
Credit card
In the cases of purchase of the goods with mode of payment Credit Card, the charge of the credit card takes place at the same time of the order processing. Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. reserves the right to ask to the Customer integrative information (e.g. fixed telephone number) or the sending of copy of documents proving the ownership of the used Credit Card. In lack of the requested documentation, Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. reserves the right not to accept the order. In no moment of the procedure of purchase Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. is in a position to knowing the information related to the credit card of the buyer, transmitted through protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. can store these data only on explicit request and consent of the customer: in this case Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. guarantees that these data are stored according to certified security standards and are always displayed in masked mode.
Pay Pal
In cases of purchase of goods with PayPal payment method, simultaneously with the conclusion of the online transaction, PayPal will immediately charge the amount for the purchase made.
Cash on delivery
In case of cash on delivery purchase, an additional contribution of € 3.50 will be applied to the total amount, clearly highlighted when choosing the payment method. The payment, to be made directly to the courier, will take place upon delivery of the products. You can only pay in cash, it is not possible to pay by check.
Advance bank transfer
The mode of payment by bank transfer in advance provides that the order is processed only after payment by the Customer and receipt by Gruppo Intimo Italiano s.p.a. of the bank transfer. The data to perform the transfer are displayed on the site and are communicated in the order confirmation page and in the order confirmation e-mail sent to the Customer. The reason for the bank transfer must report the order number and name and surname of the order holder. If the Customer does not receive the order confirmation e-mail, it is necessary to write as soon as possible to info@pepitastyle.com.
Return Policy
Returns are free of charge in Italy. Abroad they are charged to the customer. To make a return or replacement of purchased merchandise send an e-mail to info@pepitastyle.com indicating the order number, the items to be returned and if you wish to:
- replace the item
- receive a refund
- receive a coupon of the value of the garment to spend on pepitastyle.com
- the reason for the return
You will receive an email confirming the request and you will be sent the shipping document for the courier. Print out the document in 3 copies, you will need them to send the package back.
Packing the items
Print out the return document, which you will find on your order page in 2 copies one place it inside the box along with the packaged product, the other hand it to the courier when you pick it up. We recommend that you save or print a copy of the return document to keep. Make sure the box is properly sealed and stick a label on it indicating the return address of the sender and recipient:

Return shipping
Choose the Bartolini branch nearest to you from the http://www.brt.it/filiali page and choose whether to:
(A) Bring the package in person to the Bartolini location.
(B) Arrange by phone with BRT for a pickup directly to your home or office.
Remember that the return procedure is free of charge in case the courier chosen is Bartolini. If you choose a courier other than the one indicated, the costs will be borne by the customer.
Please note: goods can only be returned within 14 days of receiving the package, and only undamaged and unused items will be accepted. Also be careful not to tear the labels or soil the goods. Following these simple tips will save you time and unpleasant inconvenience in case of a damage dispute.

Return of personalized items
Personalized bags made by Pepita are unique, hand-decorated products following the Buyer's order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. The Consumer Code, in Article 59, provides that there are certain cases of distance purchases for which the right of withdrawal remains completely excluded. In the categorization indicated by the law are found:
• the supply of personalized or custom-made goods.
This category includes our bags, which are customized by the customer, and therefore cannot be modified or resold. However, the Buyer has the right to cancel his order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.
Refund modalities and related timing
When requesting a return, you can indicate the method of refund. You can choose to receive the amount of the returned items by credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer. Or you can choose to receive a shopping voucher to use on your next purchase. Purchase vouchers will be valid for a specified period of time and must be used for orders of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

In case of cash on delivery payment, the € 3.50 cash on delivery cost will not be refunded. |
Site registration
Creating an account
To register for the Pepita site, simply provide an e-mail address and password. Registration is totally free of charge. By creating an account you can place and track your orders, create a personal wishlist of your favorite items, receive our newsletters to stay up-to-date.
Change your data
To update your registration information, log in to the My Account area. You will be able to change your information by clicking on "edit," and your shipping and billing addresses by clicking on "edit address." Click "Save" to save your changes.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten your password, you will find a "Forgot your password?" link in all areas of the site where login is required. Enter the e-mail address you registered with and you will receive an e-mail with the requested information.
