Return policy

Returns are free of charge in Italy. Abroad they are charged to the customer. To make a return or replacement of purchased merchandise send an e-mail to info@pepitastyle.com indicating the order number, the items to be returned and if you wish to:

  • replace the item
  • receive a refund
  • receive a coupon of the value of the garment to spend on pepitastyle.com
  • the reason for the return

You will receive an email confirming the request and you will be sent the shipping document for the courier. Print out the document in 3 copies, you will need them to send the package back.

Packing the items
Print out the return document, which you will find on your order page in 2 copies one place it inside the box along with the packaged product, the other hand it to the courier when you pick it up. We recommend that you save or print a copy of the return document to keep. Make sure the box is properly sealed and stick a label on it indicating the return address of the sender and recipient:

Return shipping
Choose the Bartolini branch nearest to you from the http://www.brt.it/filiali page and choose whether to:

  (A) Bring the package in person to the Bartolini location.

  (B) Arrange by phone with BRT for a pickup directly to your home or office.

Remember that the return procedure is free of charge in case the courier chosen is Bartolini. If you choose a courier other than the one indicated, the costs will be borne by the customer.

Please note: goods can only be returned within 14 days of receiving the package, and only undamaged and unused items will be accepted. Also be careful not to tear the labels or soil the goods. Following these simple tips will save you time and unpleasant inconvenience in case of a damage dispute.

Return of personalized items


Personalized bags made by Pepita are unique, hand-decorated products following the Buyer's order. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned. The Consumer Code, in Article 59, provides that there are certain cases of distance purchases for which the right of withdrawal remains completely excluded. In the categorization indicated by the law are found:

• the supply of personalized or custom-made goods.

This category includes our bags, which are customized by the customer, and therefore cannot be modified or resold. However, the Buyer has the right to cancel his order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation.

Refund modalities and related timing
When requesting a return, you can indicate the method of refund. You can choose to receive the amount of the returned items by credit card, PayPal account, or bank transfer. Or you can choose to receive a shopping voucher to use on your next purchase. Purchase vouchers will be valid for a specified period of time and must be used for orders of an amount equal to or greater than the value of the voucher.

The (full) amount of the returned items will be credited to the account corresponding to the card used. The timing of crediting to your account may vary from one bank to another.


The amount of returned items will be credited to the PayPal account used for the purchase.


You can choose to be reimbursed by a transfer to your bank account. In this case you will be contacted by our customer service department. Prepare your bank account information:

1. Bank Account Holder (First Name and Last Name)
4. Name of your Bank

Please note that the transfer crediting time takes a few days, generally from 3 days to a week. In case of cash on delivery payment, the € 3.50 cash on delivery cost will not be refunded.
